Greenspring Energy

Review: Greenspring has failed to remit funds from the sale of [redacted]s to me as stated in the contract signed by both parties. The system's return-on-investment was partially based on these [redacted]'s. I have not received any payments related to [redacted] since our solar installation in late 2011. I would like to receive a complete listing of all [redacted]s sold on my behalf as well as full payment on them. I received a summary of some of the [redacted]s sold, and I was promised the funds would be remitted no later than October 2013; this has not been done. Additionally, my most recent request (in December 2013) for an updated listing of [redacted]s sold was not complied with as of yet (January 2014). Since Greenspring has not paid me for the [redacted]s already sold and refuses to respond to my calls and emails, I would also like to be able to find another [redacted] aggregator.Desired Settlement: 1) Payment to me of all money due as a result of the sale of [redacted]s on my behalf.2) Any documentation/release forms or anything else needed from Greenspring to allow me to choose another [redacted] aggregator who will be able to sell any remaining and future [redacted].
