In April Brilliance removed all equip
ment involving desktop computers.I was
told they would be back with a new desk
top in a few days
My husband,a writer died April,
Having always used Brilliance I called
to have my husband's hard drive removed and installed as a secondary drive in a new
desktop for meTechnician, ***, arrived took
CPUS from both my old computer and my
husbandsHe also took screens ,keyboards
and printerHe said he would return in a day or two with a new computer for me and
hook up the printer as wellRepeated calls have not been returned.I am left high and dry
