I called this office to cancel my membership and asked for a refund of the rest of the year that I had left on the contract, which was more than monthsI was told by an associate that this company did not issue refunds, which I think is not legal, even if it is their policyI am requesting a refund for the remainder of the time left on my account, which I started in

I brought my car for a routine oil changeThe car care center performed their multi-point inspectionThey failed to attach the rear drivers side wheel to the car correctlyI heard a noise when I pulled out on to the highway so immediately got in the right lane to turn off the roadI drove mile until I reached an intersectionWhen I turned right, the tire came completely off my carI waited hour for a AAA tow truck to pick up my carThey brought it back to the shop and agreed to repair itI was not offered a rental car to use
They made my car drive-able for me days later, but still have not completed the repairs that need to be done
They replaced the brakes and rotors on my car without consent from me
All communication about the repair of my car has been initiated by me

I called AAA right after my father passed away to inform them he passed and so they did not send anything more, billing or advertising to himSince the first time calling them and informing them, they have sent a new card for membershipI called again to inform him he passedThey told me they removed his name from the mailing listThe next month we received another bill for his membership, again I called and informed them he passed; again they told me that they removed his name from the mailing listThen today I received another letter from them for his membership and I called again to tell them he passed and ask them to remove him from their mailing listThe guy I spoke with said he will remove his name from this office onlyI told him that this is becoming harassment to us and not to mention that it is upsetting my MotherThis has been going on for monthsWhat can be done to stop these people?

Today at about pm the brakes stopped working on our carIt happened in the parking lot of *** Saratoga and then it was rolled over to the nearby *** *** parking lotI called the AAA emergency roadside service number and requested towing from that parking lot to my mechanic at *** *** *** Street in *** but I was advised that because of my membership, I would only get the first miles free and after that it would be 4$ per mile with the estimate of being 124$ before taxThe customer rep however stated that if I towed it to their *** *** office, then the towing would be free and they could work on the car for a AAA discount After being talked into this deal, they towed it to *** *** At 3:pm that location in *** *** called to tell me that I had to pay 124$ before they would even look at it and then they estimated that it would be about 1500$ after that! On Wednesday, March 7th, my wife and I rented a *** *** from the *** Rental location in the *** *** International Airport in ***, TXWe are AAA members and received the AAA rate due to our respective membership

I asked if they tell there drivers to check license plates when they take cars and she said in a snide way "this is not DMV." That tells me that they have no policies or procedures in place to protect their customers or other peopl

I purchase an annual membership for roadside assistance for my son for the past two years Upon my attempt to renew his membership this year (year 3) I was told that I could not purchase the same level of service as I purchased the past two years The reason I was given was that my son used all of his benefits (services) each of the two years I thought this was odd given that the membership I purchased included all of the used services In effect, if you use your services that AAA offers you under their plans, you will be denied renewal of the same level of services and asked to accept a much lower level of service plan I call other AAA offices in the area and learned that this is a practice of AAA Northway and is NOT a practice of other AAA businesses The gentlemen I spoke to who is in charge of making this decisions, John W., said it is their hope you purchase the higher level plan but don't actual use the services that are covered under the plan I feel this is unjust, p

I had contacted AAA to tow my car in for service on February 9th They called me and told me that I had a blown engine I asked for some quotes to review my options I was speaking to Mark I told Mark that I owed over $8,on the *** and was not sure what to do he told me that my *** was safe there and that he would give me time to review my options I was then contacted by Joel a week later stating that after Monday, February 20th that they would start to charge me outside storage fees of $a day unless I was going to have them do the work I was still unsure what I could financial do so I decided that for the time being to leave my *** at AAA I found a couple of places that I could get a better warranty and price for the engine online other then what I was quoted by AAA I called AAA on March 9th to discuss the engine being sent to them and installed in my *** Mark from AAA proceeded to inform me that the day before Joel had contacted my bank, *** Financia
