They did a great job on our new roof. Cory was there every step of the way. I would highly recommend using them for your roof installation.
GreenTEK made my experience comfortable. As a first time home buyer, I knew I would need a new roof eventually. There wasn't an exact plan in place for me. They came to me very humble and informative. The process was done as quick as possible(2/3days).I wasn't expecting a quick turn around through the pandemic. The transparency was amazing, very effective with communication. All around the company showed many values through their work. I would highly recommend GreenTEK.

We used Greentek Property Solutions to install our new roof after some wind damage. They were wonderful in handling most of the paperwork electronically due to the pandemic. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful in answering our many questions. The roofers were efficient and left our home and yard clean upon completion of the job. Experience with GreenTek was very positve from start to finish.
We needed to replace our roof within a very constrained time-line. GreenTek was able to schedule and complete the work well within our requirements.
The communication that GreenTek provided leading up to, during, and after installation was supurb. We were provided with several options to fit our budget, information regarding differences in warranties, project duration, and recommended preparation before the project.
GreenTek's crew was professional, maintained a clean job-site each day, and were thorough in their clean-up when the job was completed.
After completion of the project, GreenTek was very prompt to provide needed documentation as requested by our insurance company.

I am extremely happy with Greentek. I had called them after we had repeated leaks in our roof repaired, and noticed the recent work they had done on a neighbors roof. James came to the house walked us through how the process was going to go, and what to expect. They were very clear in the timeline that it was going to take based on theIr current workload. In the meantime, James was here to meet my insurance company adjuster and went over the damage with him. Sure enough, I was contacted when The paperwork was completed and put on the schedule for the following week. We have a large roof, and it was completed in 2 days. The roof looks great, and we are happy we chose to go with Greentek. I have recommended them to numerous neighbors, who are all happy with their experience.

I should have known better. I had three meetings with their salesman Jeff and each time he was late for the meeting. Complete lack of communication and follow thru. I had to call them up.multiple times to find out when they were coming to finish work. I was promised A return call on the same day but days went by and I had to call again. This happened multiple times. They billed my insurance company for work that was never completed. However, they were very punctual on asking for the $500 deductible due after work was completed. They maybe have too much work for their staff of just a lack of commitment to ensuring follow thru and customer service. You can do much better if you are looking for a new roof.
Dear Mr., we apologize for your misunderstanding and frustration due to the delays. Your insurance company paid for the roof and screens and both projects have been completed as of today's date. Your insurance company initially paid for the roof only. We contracted with you in January 2020 upon your roof being approved for replacement from the insurance company. On or about 2/22/2020 we completed the roofing project.
After multiple attempts discussing the scope with your insurance company, they finally agreed to pay for the screens on or about March 30, 2020. Throughout the claims process, we had been working on your claim to resolve all outstanding issues. On March 30, 2020, Tyler from our office left you a detailed voice message explaining the supplement as our standard practice once a supplement has been approved. He also asked for you to return his call so we could go over new line items in the scope of work.
Once we received the approval from your insurance company to replace the window screens, we ordered them in April. Due to the COVID and current situation, production of certain materials are backed up and delayed. Yesterday, June 17, 2020, we replaced the screens. Each time you contacted our office, we explained to you that we are waiting on them to arrive. Our office also explained to you the supplement process. We do not do work until the insurance company approves. The misunderstanding must have occurred from you thinking the screens were approved before they actually were. Once they were approved we moved as fast as we could within the confines of the current climate (COVID) to acquire the materials and install them. With that being said, all the work is completed, which is why we asked for your cost share of the claim--the deductible. We never asked you for that payment until the work was completed.
We hope this satisfies your complaint and we can come to an amicable solution. We will reach out to see how we could have handled this situation to your better satisfaction.
The response is complete fiction. My complaint is that your company failed to communicate or return calls. I stand by that comment. Your response makes it seem as though multiple attempts were made to attempt to keep me updated on the status of the work. This simply did not occur. I was the one who had to call to attempt to get updates and was promised that return calls would be made . Those did not occur. That was the gist of my complaint. And as far as mentioning the payment portion goes I found it revealing that your company had the time and ability to so quickly make a call for payment but not to deliver information or customer service. I am hopeful that you will as you say learn from this interaction to get better as a company. The lesson here is that your company is in the customer service business first and the roofing business secondarily. .
Yet again Greentek let me down

the CEO contacted me and arranged a meeting with me after my normal work hours
He also confirmed the meeting by phone earlier in the week
So I turned down overtime for that day
Waited at home and waited
No show from their CEO and no call saying he would not be there.
So not only wasting my time he also cost me a lot of money
I have tried to be accommodating with this company but my patients is wearing thin.
so working with greentek they are slow and some of the sub contractors they work with are even slower
we had wind damage mid oct last year 2019 although there was a delay on the roof due to confusion with the insurance company. then they contacted me to sign off on the roof so they could get the rest of the money but the job has not been finished.
The screening has now been completed but was not done without calls to them after the first contractor cancelled his appointment and they had to send out someone else
also the contractor that was due to come and repair the inside of the house cancelled on the day of inspection due to vehicle problems and 2 weeks later I still havnt heard anything back
the work on the front porch ceiling repair they know all about but no contact has been made to repair.
I should not have to be chasing them to do the work
if they want the payments then they should be contacting me
we are now at the end of Feb 2020
I will update this report when and if work gets completed
