which you did email us about the sensor malfunctioning. We sent someone to fix it as soon as we could.  We thought the issues were resolved since we did not hear from the customer again. As per our recent conversation  we came to find  it was not fixed and you explained to me that you lost our contact information (which is easy found on the web) and thought this was the best way to contact us. Review: I hired this company to finish my basement in early August and they promised to have the work completed by the end of September. It is now almost November and the work is still not complete. They promised to have a morning crew, and a night crew to finish the job on time but there is only one person doing most of the work. The plumbers, electricians and floor planner are not on the same page and its delaying the progress even further. There is no communication from the project manager as far as scheduling goes therefore I am unaware in when someone is going to show up to my home to work on the basement. My wife is 8 months pregnant and due at any time and doesn't need this unnecessary stress right now. I've had to reach out numerous times to this company regarding work schedule and for failure to communicate. This is unfair to me and my wife as we've kept up our part of the contract in providing them with their requested upfront payments. All they've been telling us for the past month is that by the end of the week is going to complete and they've failed to keep their end of the bargain. Now they had to send a different plumber because the plumber that started the work is nowhere to be found and now the new plumber has no idea what the old plumber did. This is in response to the [redacted] complaint against GreenTree Construction. We have done everything in our power to establish a working time schedule with the client in order to make this go smoothly. We had many different components on this work scope that had to mesh together in order for this to be done quickly and efficiently. We are sorry for the miscommunication that the client feels we had and will take full responsibility. Once we were aware of any issues as a company we rectified them with the clients. As per our conversation with the clients they stated that they were regretful that they contacted the Revdex.com to file a complaint against us. We explained that we hire licensed plumbers and electricians and we do our best to make sure everything is done in a timely manner. We can only say that his work did take a bit of time to complete and as our contract states we have an estimated time to complete the work and unfortunately it took longer. We believe that all work must be done in a timely manner but quality of the work is not something that we want to sacrifice. With all that being said GreenTree Construction did an exceptional job and as

per our conversation with the client he is more than happy with the outcome of the work that was contracted with GreenTree Construction. Please see the attached completion certificate signed by client that states he is satisfied with the work.
