Review: I, [redacted] had a doctor's appointment for physical check on 12/30/2013. Doctor refused to see me because I got there 20 minutes late so I asked the doctor to give me a routine blood work prescription, which is part of the physical check. Unfortunately, doctor gave me a different blood work prescription, which I did not ask for. Because the blood work prescription doctor gave to me is for the medical diagnostic and doctor did not put the right diagnostic code for the insurance claim then insurance declined the claim and I got $316.00 bill, I should not to pay because 1, if doctor gave the blood work prescription, I asked for and 2, even if doctor gave the wrong blood work prescription and doctor would have used correct diagnostic code for the wrong blood work prescription doctor gave me insurance would have paid the claim.Desired Settlement: waive the 316.00 charge or correct the diagnostic code.
