Complaint Information: Ms [redacted] came to our service center on 14apr& 01septFor a open (ZE7) Warranty enhancement concerning oil consumption with her Rav-Toyota came out with this enhancement as a goodwill loyalty repairAs stated in question and answer section of the enhancementAnswer #statesIf your vehicle has oil leaks when the test is requested, they will need to be addressed before the oil consumption test can be initiatedThe cost to cover theses repairs would be the customer responsibilityIf needed customer can call or stop byWe will make a copy of the enhancement guidelines for them to have
