I want to start off by thanking you for contacting me about this issueI wish I could give you more information than I have about this complaint but this is the first I have heard about itI can only tell you we have been in business for forty four years and this is the first
complaint we have ever had with the Revdex.comI can also tell you how we do business first of all we will not sell any sick fish we quarantine our fish if they are sick and we treat them until they are wellWe also work very close with our customers to find out what exactly is the problem and we make sure that it is addressedIf this person had a problem they should of brought it to our attention and we would of worked with them to fix the problemMy guess is this person had a problem with their aquarium and did not know how to fix the issue we would have helped themFungal infections are extremely rare in aquariums but can happen we would have helped this person figure out exactly what it was and what medication to treat it with if it was an infection at allWe always start by asking the customer for a water sample from their aquarium so we can test it andsee if it is a water related problem or notThen we would address the exact problem and help the customer correct itI do not think she bought a fish with fungus on it we would of had them in quarantine but even it if did why would she buy it? I think this person should have come to us and we would of been more than happy to help them with the problemI think this person wants to blame someone other than herself for not being able to keep fish aliveWe are always here for our customers and would not have turned her awayIf you have any further questions pleasefeel free to contact me here at ***Thank you very much and have a wonderful daySincerely *** *** Greentree Pet Center Manager

No, this was a few weeks ago.  Yes, my first experience was a year ago.  My last experience was a few weeks ago.  Apparently you did not take the time to read the entire complaint.  It is clear the company doesn’t care.  I will make sure to share my experiences with others.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did contact the company, and I was told a manger would call me back, which they never did.   I have had my water tested and it was perfect.   I have had fish from other stores for a year,  and they are perfectly fine.  I am an I[redacted]   I think critically to resolve my problems   This was not my fault.   Their employee even admitted they were having a problem with their supplier.  He was a gentleman with long gray hair.  The fish that I bought with a fungus, was unbeknownst to me at that time.  When it killed off all of the fish in my tank at that time, I brought the fish back in and showed the store what had happened.   They had special ordered the fish, and assumed that they arrived with a fungus.   This response is unacceptable.  The customer service is clearly lacking.   This does not resolve the problem.
