addition to an increase in the monthly rent of $35.  Tee person was informed of this.  The application clearly states that the application fee of $75 is non refundable.The complainant was the rude one in this interaction, as Ms. S[redacted] had witnesses with her (other applicants) when this individual proceeded to curse her out over the phone.  Furthermore, when she called the main office, I was away on vacation, she was very rude and confrontational with the individuals here that attempted to assist her. The NON REFUNDABLE fee will not be refunded.

Attached is a copy of the application she completed, clearly indicating that the application fee is non refundable. There will be no further discussion of the matter on our part.

Christina S[redacted] was very rude to me and was coming up with prices as we talked more  she kept changing her mind on the tent price.  She added another $35 to the dog security deposit and when  I called her attention on it she got really mad and told me I was wrong.  There is nothing in the paperwork that says the credit fee of $75 is non refundable.  I want attests $50 back.

Review: I was going to rent a condo and they were overcharging me. They make their own prices as they go along. They were charging two different security deposits for my dog. The property manager at [redacted], Christina S[redacted], is so unprofessional, nasty, arrogant and a [redacted]. I think she pockets all the extra money they charge. The price to rent the condo on their website is showing a lot less money than they offered it to me to rent. I called her out on this, and she didn't care what it said. I wanted my $75 credit check money back and they said NO. These property management companies are all [redacted]! They cheat hardworking people out of their money! They should be investigated!! I called the main office and they would refund me all or part of the $75 I laid out.Desired Settlement: I want my $75 refund! Or at least $50 of it back!

Very horrible experience. Management does not face the problems at hand and the landlord is very dishonest and rude.

There is no sense in requesting a resolution because green view property management is disorganized and blatantly lie about homeowners. I live in mystic pines in bay shore and they accused me of not sending in my emergency contact form after I did mail it in a timely fashion. I explained this to them and they accused me of refusing to send it in. I also received a warning letter accusing me of having a broken backdoor light when there was nothing wrong with it. A [redacted] had the nerve to laugh about the mistake. When you are dealing with these type of people- liars and jokesters who feel that they can bully and threaten people because they "are above the law" , one's only recourse is to try to avoid them and not waste my time and energy with them. I wish I could move! ??
