Unfortunately, the original Loan Officer neglected to tick a box that would have allowed the loan to report on both parties credit. Subsequently we were given opportunities to correct this, and neglected to do so. I have assured *** that this will be corrected now and her credit will show the payments made. Once her credit has been updated to reflect this, I will refinance her vehicle at the appropriate interest rate less a discount of basis points to compensate for our error and failure to correct it.
