I am responding to the complaint that was filed against Greenville Neurology Consultants/Dr. B[redacted] on 10/18/17. I have spoke to all involved in the issue and I have worked for Dr. B[redacted] for over 3 years. I have NEVER heard him belittle or be mean to patients. He is the type of physician that...

investigates until he findsthe underlying issue with patients health. When the patient and her daughter came in and was given the paperwork to fill out, the daughter made a snide comment about patient having to fill out medical history. Then didn’t complete the paperwork. Dr. B[redacted] came in to see patient and since paperwork wasn’t completed he had to start asking questions for medical history, etc. Included in the questions was why the patient was pulled out of work and  where she had testing done. Patient would not  give Dr. any complete answers. Patient got her daughter to come in with her. Dr. B[redacted] asked daughter the same questions, hoping to get answers. Daughter and patient then became irate at Dr. B[redacted] for asking questions. At this point Dr. B[redacted] told them he didn’t think he could help them since they couldn’t give him any information. Patient and daughter left room and caused a  scene in the lobby and would not leave. Daughter then began started calling Dr. B[redacted] names and yelling. We had to call the police and she became more irate.  The patient then started making harassing calls to the office.
