Scheduling daughter for exam, then only doing x-rays, billing for full exam. Scheduled a follow-up cleaning, then closed office on day of appt.Daughter, [redacted] scheduled new patient exam and cleaning with said business in Feb 2016. Once there they took x-rays only and told her she needed to come back for special cleaning (more money, not covered by insurance)also in Feb 2016. Exams and cleanings are always done same day, yet they insisted she make another appointment, which she did. The dated appointment was for a Saturday morning, when my daughter arrived the business was closed, she waited for over an hour no one ever showed or phoned her. The following week after she had informed me of the situation I phoned the business, not only were they unprofessional, they were rude, and very impolite. When I asked about the Saturday appointment in question, the response was oh, our Dr. called out sick. They just didn't have the decency to phone the patients and let them know. No one just came to work at all. Both my self and my daughter attempted to phone the business several times before getting through to anyone, reason why, they state their hours are 9-5, on recorded phone message and on-line, yet when speaking with front desk girl she informed me they "really" close at 4. False advertisement for another. Next they billed our dental insurance for a full exam and x-rays and now my daughter can not have a "True" exam with a "True" dentist. I wonder how many other people this so called Dentist office has ripped off and/or treated the way they did my child as well as myself when I phoned. This place should not even be in business, digging deeper and looking at all their reviews , we would of NEVER of went to such an invalid place of a so called business. I feel they have filed false claim to the insurance company,[redacted] and stolen an exam from my daughter.Desired SettlementI would like my daughters co-pay reimbursed to her for her time of showing up for an appointment with no doctor. They bill for missed appointments, then so shall my time be worth her not only showing up, but receiving only x-rays and attitude for the 1 and only time she went to the so called dentist office.
