Mr. [redacted] is correct in stating that he contacted me 1 wk after purchasing his used tires.  At the time of purchase he viewed the used tires and made the desicion to purchase them.  As an added value I offered to pick up and deliver his car after installation of his tiers at no...

charge.   When contacted by mr. [redacted] concerning some "cracking" in one of the tires I advised him that some cosmetic or uneven wear were common and to be expected when purchasing used tires.  HE wsa also advised to return his vehicle to Greenville Tire to allow us to inspect the tire in question and answer questions.  This has not occurred.Greenville Tire believes in fair and honest treatment of all our customers and this has been our policy for over 35 years.  After reviewing the tire in question we will make every attempt to resolve Mr. [redacted]'s concerns.
