Worst trash company ever. Leave trash all over everyones yard and then pick up trash waking everyone up at 4:30am?

In October 2014 Greenway Carting began collecting trash in our neighborhood as early as 4:40 am. I made numerous calls to Greenway Carting 800 number to inquire as to why they have to begin collection so early as it was waking up our family every week. I left at least 5 messages inquiring about the early pick up and never received a return call. The neighborhood HOA sent a request via email and to my knowledge never received a response. Garbage collection has continued every week anywhere between 4:50 and 5:20 am since last October, We did cancel our service with them but unfortunately a few individuals in our neighborhood continue to use them so the entire family is up every week at least 2 hours early. I would not recommend Greenway Carting due to their lack of customer service and their lack of consideration of their customers. 4;50 am is entirely too early to collect garbage and recyclables.

We have a great service from Greenway for years! We used them for our home and rental property.

Was with Greenway Carting for roughly 6 months. Not too bad at first. Carts a little smaller than most, if you want your trash picked up you best put it out the night before don't forget or you will be stuck with it for another week. Ok so why did I leave them and why am I writing this. If you need any large items gone ie couches, bbqs, appliances they will not take. Other companies like God Bless the USA will. So I call to cancel service with Greenway Cartimg here's the kicker they come to pick up the trash bin and pull a bunch of trash out of the bin and throw it on the ground not one peice bags plural. Bags ended up ripped open and guess who had to pick it all up off the street and the lawn yep yours truly. Don't write reviews ever but thought this was a little over the top and figured I would save people the trouble of even trying them. Go elsewhere
