They won't honor covering half of deductible since I have to take car to other location for diagnostic and repair The worst place to buy a car from, if it's not one of the cars they have listed on their ad, don't buy from themI bought my Santa Fe from them last year and now that I have an issue with it, (which it may be the starter or gear shift)they don't have the diagnostic machine to check my carI drove mins and paid six tolls roundtripI explained to the person on the phone what the issue may be and they couldn't tell me they don't have machine to check issue? I leased a Dodge Ram bighorn and the dealer agreed to put a bed liner on the truck which they never didTherefore I returned the vehicle On June 23,I was at the dodge Chrysler Jeep dealer looking at the new modelsI was approached by one of the salesman whom talked me into trading in the ram that I had for a newer modelSomI ended up leasing one of the new models as part of the agreement on this deal the dealer was going to install a bed liner to the pick up truck but I had to wait two weeks because they didn't have it in stock.once the two weeks are up I go to the dealer they make me wait hours just to tell me that they still didn't have the bed linerAnd that I had to come back in two more weeksOnce again when those two weeks are up I called the dealer and was told that they didn't have the bed liner yetAt this point I'm already upset because they are not keeping their end of the dealA month past I make my first payment on the lease and still no bed liner

DOWNRIGHT WRONG AND UNFAIR I bought a Dodge Journey and was told I had a two year warranty on parts and maintenance, I bought the suv in October I've had it now for almost six months thy said it was a certified vehicle it does have a certification sticker on the windshield, my radiator started leaking I took it in for service they told me I need a new radiator and a flush and it's not covered by the warrant it would cost me $1,to fix it and thy showed my a list of things that's wrong with the car, I have several oil leaks not covered, I need thermostats they are covered plus a engine mount that is covered to, but with a $ deductible out of pocket, and I need sway bar links $ not covered plus I need a valve cover Gasket not covered plus a Timing cover Gasket also not covered, Total bill would be $3,out of pocket that is so wrong and unfair
