Aug 7 I ordered a bin. When the bin was dropped off they placed 3 (2X8) planks of wood under the bin to protect my driveway (at the time I appreciated this)

Aug 8 I called to have the bin picked up

ISSUE 1 They left their thick, heavy planks on my driveway. Living in the city of Toronto they must be cut down & tied together before the city will pick them up. This might seem like a minor issue but when you only have a h& saw, it poses a major issue.

ISSUE 2 Aug 23 I called to get the amount of my final bill this is when I was told THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY BIN BEING PICKED UP. I was told they would INVESTIGATE & get back to me

ISSUE 3 Aug 29 I called to see if they FOUND my bin. Apparently the bin they FOUND weighted 3.6 TONS mind-you there was nothing heavy in the bin (no cement, concrete, wood, bricks, soil, furniture etc..) & this can't be disputed because I didn't weight my bin before it left my house

Quoted $98. for dumpster delivery and $98. per metric ton for disposal. They took a $500. deposit using my credit card. Delivery was two hours late by *** driver. Waste in container did not exceed one metric ton at time of
bin collection. Was initially invoiced for 4.37 tons plus delivery and was told to pay an additional $150. I have repeatedly contacted the company explaining that it was not physically possible to have that much waste and itemized the contents. They subsequently emailed a correction to 3.37 tons and subsequent to that emailed me a weigh bill for some company called *** for someone s load. My husband and I arranged to rent a garbage dumpster from this company. I was told the cost would be $149 and $89 per ton. Before it was delivered they billed my credit card $500. I asked why and they said in case we went over the ton. A month after they picked up the dumpster they informed us that our total weight was 3.62 tons. It is not possible that my husband and I could possibly carry that kind of weight from a small two bedroom home in two days. I have pictures of the contents *** wasn't over a ton. I asked for a copy of the weight ticket but they didn't provide it. *** If you wish I'd be happy to forward the pictures.

Ordered a waste disposal bin from a company called Dial a Dumpster on or about September 8 2017. I was quoted 165.00 for the bin and 65 per ton. I received the bin and partially filled with some tree branches. There was no dirt and substantially empty. They picked the bin up but I received the run around for three weeks. They refused to provide any invoice or written estimate. After calling *** to report this I found out that the company uses Greenway Eco bill its customers. I told *** I was disputing the $500.00 deposit and run around from the company for refusing to provide me with an invoice and a refund of my deposit *** called the company and I received an invoice within 5 minutes. The invoice claims 2.7 tons of mixed debris. This is completely false and ***. They *** charged almost the entire deposit.
