My Mom, my former employer and I have been taking our vehicles to Greenway Auto since the 1980s I believe in giving positive reviews when due These guys have always been fair and honest They never try to upsell I've had nothing but positive experiences with them for years Robin, Bill, Andy (retired) and the technicians have always been professional and accommodating

We have been going to Greenway Family Auto for several years now Every time we go in, we are told what they are doing, how much it will cost and how long it will take Fair, dependable and reliable Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Awesome Service! I am from out of state & they were highly recommended to me by family members I was visiting Their prices are very reasonable & they don’t try to sell you things you don’t need They could have taken advantage of me & my situation but they didn’t They even were willing to stay late to make sure my vehicle was taken care of It is hard to find a business that you can trust & know will treat you fairly I asked my family to pass on my positive experience to their friendsI really can’t say enough about how great their service is I am so glad they were recommended to me!!!

Greenway family auto is not the towing company There is a greenway family towing co As to the answer we don't have any invoices from March with this kind of truck or year It was towed on March @ 11;pm It was an unattended tow with no keys, customer
was told by *** the contractor for his insurance co that they may not be able to find a tow company to tow with no keysall this is noted from *** to us in out notes We are limited to where we can drop this vehicle since there are no keys and we cant turn the front tires right or left nor can we roll the car off the flat bed truck, it has to be slide it off the back of the trucknot the easiest task this cant be our problem, customer should of waited with the keys.thank you greenway family towing ***

The business did not offer any resolutions to my complaint, other than stating that they were going to try to file a complaint against me for having a service dog.  I am currently traveling, and do not have the time to specifically refute their correspondence, but will do so by this weekend.Thank you.

[redacted] did come in on April- 22 2015 the invoice or order number she is referring to [redacted] (I will fax a copy to you with this letter) Looking  at this, we only did...

a ac service for 92.95. [redacted] did mention at times the ac did not work right at times, we checked it out did not find anything at this time. then did a ac service (it was low on Freon) and told [redacted] it was colder, to drive it and see if it was better. When [redacted] brought the van back it was Thursday around 10;00 am. We have been established  since 1986 and have a great following and our lot is always full of cars for us to work on. Friday we inspected [redacted] van. We called [redacted] to tell her it's the blend door actuator is bad. This is a four plus hour job and with all the dog hair on the floor of the van we will need to have the van shampooed  as we can't work on the inside of this van like this. [redacted] then informs us as we have to have it done that day as she has to be in OK by Sunday. This was impossible. We sent a driver to pick up [redacted] and here is problem #3. [redacted] is deathly afraid of dogs and [redacted] does have a very large dog, a malinois which is what the police are using and looks intimating with its ears. Also I am in a elderly retirement community where we do not allow any dogs in the shop car for our customers health reasons.Here [redacted] is confused again as she wants me to pay for the repairs, since we fixed this problem already. In our records we only charged we ac system. The rest of the 682.21 was for oil change and a major tune up which is spark plugs, wires or boots, clean out throWe body. We never did any work on blend door actuator. So I can't see where [redacted] wants me to return 480.50. I have turned Amy·s name over to [redacted] who is a very successful  malinois trainer who infomned me as to the rules for service dogs and [redacted] does not wear the badge nor does the dog wear any vest to announce this. [redacted] and I will be filing  a complaint with the proper  auth to see If she and the dog truly have all the requirements  to be a service dog.Thank youVinnie lopanoGreenway Family Auto###-###-####
