We have been waiting for them to FIX the air at my parents house since JulyThey have came back out again in Augand now we are in September they give us the run around everyone we are calledI have invoices and then they tell me they didn't know they were suppose to come outBut it clearly says so on each InvoiceThis is all covered under our house warrantyI think they are horrible and need to get it together

I want to commend Greenway Home Services on their great work and flexibility with my scheduleI have used them numerous time through my warranty company and on non-warranty issuesThey have always worked around my schedule, which can be frustrating to a lot of companiesGreenway has fixed my A/C unit, garbage disposal, refrigerator and clogged pipesThe only time I had an issue with one of their repairs I called them and they were out the same day I just wanted to show Greenway how much I appreciate their good service!

Not impressed with the installation of a brand new HVAC unitThe company attempted to correct the issues but I feel the technician lacked the experience to install a unit in a professional mannerPlus I never received a itemized list of cost for installation even though I requested it on at least five occasionsThe company attempted to fix the install on three different occasions and finally left a product that was an embarrassment to have behind my homeI paid top dollar and got a sloppy unprofessional product

Both of my heating units went out on a Friday during a day that was forecasted to be below freezing all dayGreenway came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, but needed to get the parts to fix itIt was close to the parts store closing time*** the technician made it to the store on time while doing another call on the way and got both units up and running after coming back with the needed partsGiven that it was in the wake of an ice and snow storm in the area, getting my problems fixed same day was fantasticI would recommend Greenway because they had the prudent judgment to know my situation needed escalated and that there was a risk of property damaged from cold temperatures if it was not

Used Greenway to repair a broken microwave We are *** *** *** customers and Greenway is who they contract for appliance repairs First of all, it took an entire month to get the microwave repaired! This was after several appointment cancellations made by their company (often on the day of service after I had sat around for the entire hour window) Finally, the microwave was repaired to the expense of our cabinet! Yes, our cabinet which encased the microwave was broken during the repair So, round starts with cancelled appointments, etc It has now been months since this happened and no resolution When I call, I am sent to voicemails of people who do not respond When I do get someone who acts as if they might help, they say they will look into it and call me back Guess what?? No one calls back! I would never recommend this company Nor will I ever use them again!

Greenway came out for the second time in two weeks to repair a fan that would not shut off They ended up breaking a part on the unit, and left us with no heat LEFT - left the premise, no apology - told us the supervisor would need to come look at it Then tried to schedule something for the next day(This was 2:00pm - plenty of time to come back) After calling the GM, a supervisor arrived around 6:30PM, told us he needed a part and would get us back on the schedule WE HAVE NO HEAT This is completely unacceptable PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We had heat when we woke up, they broke it, and now expect us to wait days to have it fixed They did not offer any compensation, any apology, nothing

Horrible company We are forced to used them due to our home warranty They have been out at least five times in six months They damaged a condenser coil, which they had to disassemble and reassemble in November when installing a new furnaceWe were not informed All our freon leaked out and there is no longer a coil to replace our old one They claim they can retrofit it to work, but three other HVAC companies have told us otherwise We are now left with no air, for five weeks, no freon, and no solution from them They claim we are responsible

When we bought our house in January, we bought a 1-yr home warranty from American Home ShieldWe recently had HVAC problems, so they sent *** *** *** They charged $and did nothingThey actually said "I don't know what the problem is"Today, we had an energy audit done from our local power companyThey said the ductwork is leaking in the garage, and gave a list of credible repair companiesThis company, of course, wasn't on it, and I wouldn't call them again anywayI thought if you were in the HVAC business, you were supposed to knowI know nothing about the subject, but know more than themMaybe I should go into the Heating/Cooling business, if it's acceptable to just say I don't know and charge $What a scam

Terrible company, they came to fix my central air unit in Jan of 2014. The initial problem is still present and the fan that they installed was not installed properly (only one heat bank is currently working/over temp issues). I discovered this when I had an independent company come to my home to conduct a tune-up on the unit (The tune-up company had never serviced my unit before, with no prior knowledge of my service history). I am an [redacted] customer and this is the only contractor they provide in my area unfortunately. I would “NOT” recommend using this company at all.

We were referred to greenway home services by our home warranty. I was filled with hope for a solution to our problem with a non working a/c and three small children and two dogs in a house that frequently and quickly reaches temperatures of 90 degrees inside daily. Unfortunately that hope has so far been for nothing. I had a competitor come out to assess the problem and was told we had a leak and needed a new part. I relayed this information in detail to Greenway and to our home warranty provider. They sent a tech out unprepared to do anything. During this first appointment the tech even stated he hoped that it wasn't really the case how it was stated in his report. Thus proving it was known we would more than likely need a leak test. Which couldn't be done that day and wasn't, as again this tech was unprepared to do anything (no proper equipment etc). Jump to the second appointment over a week later. My husband asked for the time to expect the tech as he needed to be at work at noon. We were given the 8-12 time frame. I received a call from the tech at 12:30 asking if we'd be home at 1. I told him no, and reiterated that we were given the end time of 12. Our jobs don't have the luxury of giving unlimited amounts of time off.They called to reschedule the next day and made an appointment for a few days later. I explained again how dire our situation is, that the tech was late and that it's getting ridiculous. They assured me that we were moved to the top of the priority list so that we could get this taken care of early in the morning as a leak test takes a few hours. I was again given the 8-12 time frame. Today is the day of the third appointment. I called a bit after 10 for peace of mind that they would arrive on time today. People make other appointments in life based on times given. I was told that the tech was installing a part in Brentwood and hadn't even left Nashville yet! That there was one other person scheduled in Clarksville before me! (I too live in Clarksville). Think the tech will arrive by the noon end time frame I was given?? How is that for being a priority at the 'top of the list'? I find that if you can't meet certain deadlines, they shouldn't be given. It is unprofessional and shows a lack of concern for people who have to cancel the rest of their lives to cater to your lack of punctuality as a business, and it keeps my three kids and I waiting in a hot house for going on 3 weeks now for a leak test you will perform and will probably not be able to fix today anyhow! How long will it take after today if you need to order a part? Thank goodness this isn't a case involving an elderly person. I will be posting this review elsewhere and will be making a complaint with my warranty provider. Frankly, taking this long to fix something as important as a a/c in the summer is a safety issue, and the poor communication and scheduling skills don't improve upon that fact. I'm seeing a similar trend in all of these reviews that unfortunately I didn't see until today.

Next to [redacted] quite probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I didn't even have a repair done by them. Customer service is awful. They will try to upsell you and make an unannounced visit to your home, instead of just ordering a part in a timely manner and getting your heat back on in the winter as soon as possible. Was refused the right to speak to the owner, I guess [redacted]. I'd still like to talk to him. His clown that tries to upsell you doesn't call with any valuable information like times of when the repair can occur, his first thought is getting another sale, not the fact that we are freezing our butts off here. So guess what Greenway, you lost a job to a competitor and you get another sucky review on here. The good ones are so obviously from some friends of the owner. Make sure when you call [redacted] that you tell them in the beginning that you don't want Greenway. you can't specify a company but you can say who you don't want. And, you can always take the cash out option and get your own person. Another thing, y part was still under manufacturers warranty, which was confirmed by the guy doing it for me. Yet Greenway told [redacted] it was not under warranty so they get paid for it, that's fraud.
