Review: A bill was sent for collection two years after the bill was fully paid. After contacting both the collection agency as well as the fAMILY PRACTICE neither one was able to provide a basis for the charges. The did said the doctor that originated the charges have move to Japan and that the company does not posesses the financial records of the said Dr practice.They do have the medical records but not finacial ones, but the bill was sent for collection by them, which is on the collection lettes mailed to me on march 26 of 2013. Which is the firts time that I was aware that there was a bill because as I stated before I have never received a bill directly from from the Practice in the firts place. Because bills were paid at the time services were rendered which is the PRACTICE policy in the firts place.

The PRACTICE need to provide a valid reason for the bill as well as financial record that justify it. otherwise the bill needs to be removed from the records at the earlies possible time. A written stament Or prove of the resolution need to be part of it, as I will need it for my records.
