I am rejecting this response because:
This purchase was in fact made by my mother as originally shown to them in my original complaintShe died approximately days after purchasing this bowlDuring an appraisal of her estate, this bowl was shown to be almost years newer than the dealer and their invoice had statedAs the son and executor of her estate, I have every legal right to represent her interests as I "step into her shoes" and handle her estate affairsThe idea that I was not the original purchaser should not matter because the item was sold under pretenses whether by mistake or intentionallyIt was stated as being much older than it actually is and we have proof from an appraiser and can provide that documentation.
My original emails and letters to this company stated all of this very clearly from the beginning and yet I never received even the courtesy of a responseI was simply repeatedly ignored.
The company knows that they in fact did sell this bowl and I just happen to be the representative for my deceased motherWhy in the world would any company that cares about its reputation not work with a customer to refund their money and take back their item, I just don't understand

Complaint Information:


1. We have been following industry guildline, within 60 days from the purchased date. Refund with no question ask, any reason do not like, or disgree the pieces. Major companies including [redacted] and [redacted] also have 60 days of these guildline as well. 2. Original purchaser has to return within 60 days of purchased the item, no question asked. 3. We strong disagree the appraiser knowledge. Companies like [redacted], [redacted] and Industry if disagreement need to present within 60 days from the purchased date with original purchaser. 4. No question asked with original purchaser like to return and refund within 60 days from purchased date for any reason.
