I can not begin to express how frustrating my one year experience has been with this companyErrors are ignored, a process that was to be setup at the beginning of the contract has just now been setup after a YEAR! Phone calls are not returned, scheduled conference calls are ignored and not made, getting them to look at anything for correction is impossibleIn one year, we've had different service repsIt took over months to get them to reverse recourse on an invoice they processed by mistakeEverytime I process something, they make a mistake and fail to process the full transactionIf they receive invoices that are not factored, they don't indicate in their system which invoices they received and just enter a lump sum amount for multiple invoices so you can't even balance it back to your booksI'm so frustrated at this point, I'm looking for another factoring company

Before it was eCapital it was Captial Partners, a non-bank with an eye on customer service; friendly, courteous, and professionalThe company has gone from a relationship based lender to a transaction based lender with poor customer service, non-responsive, and slow movingThe very reason that we went with Capital Partners no longer exists as this company is more risk averse than a bank and is more in-line with the biggest banksI used to try and refer other small business owners to Capital Partners...not anymore!

Errors are ignored, a process that was to be setup at the beginning of the contract has just now been setup after a YEAR! Phone calls are not returned, scheduled conference calls are ignored and not made, getting them to look at anything for correction is impossible. In one year, we've had 3 different service reps. It took over 6 months to get them to reverse recourse on an invoice they processed by mistake. Everytime I process something, they make a mistake and fail to process the full transaction. If they receive invoices that are not factored, they don't indicate in their system which invoices they received and just enter a lump sum amount for multiple invoices so you can't even balance it back to your books. I'm so frustrated at this point, I'm looking for another factoring company.
