Also we have found that installation time doubles for scheduled time witness installations. Over the years, we have had very little customer concerns about service or charges. In fact, most customers don't pay any added fee because they do not want to be involved in watching the digging and pouring of footers and concrete foundations. Enclosed is a copy of text messages I got from [redacted] father stating that they want to install the foundation themselves by a family member, not a certified concrete company or even the cemetery. I would also like to point out, as you can read in his texts he attempts to bribe me personally by offering me cash directly to try to circumvent the cemetery foundation charge. A car company does not let you watch your car being made in the factory and a restaurant doesn't let you in the kitchen when they are preparing meals. I am rejecting this response because:  I know and understand that this cemetery has been in business for a long time. Over the years, I have personally seen the disrepair with my own eyes.  As you claim that this has been an "always been" charge for watching, where is this in writing or in our contract with Greenwood??  As you had specified this must be done by a "certified concrete person", can you please inform me of the outfit that you use to pour footers, I want to see their certification...  Also, as a matter of fact, where is it in writing that we have to have the footer poured by you??  I need to have these "always been fees" in writing for future reference.  Also, please don't make such a ridiculous statements such as a "bribe".  As I saw you only put proportions of the emails sent back and forth between you and my father because I saw the complete ones from his phone.  That as noted "Donation" was offered solely for use at the cemetery.  We had asked for our cemetery/stone people who are 'certified" to pour the footer do this for us. They were denied that chance by you, because you said "No." Can you please enclose your answer to how far down do you dig to pour the footer??... Thank you. Based on your unreasonable statements and requirements I/we hereby postpone this poring of the footer and ask immediately for the refund of my payment.  I checked my banking statements and you took it out on 8/24/16. The reason for this is simple, due to the poor care of the cemetery, we are considering moving my mother to a more proper cemetery.  As of 9/23/16 nothing has been done/poured so this will not be an issue.  When, we as a family, make this decision, either [redacted] Funeral Home or us will notify you of our decision.  Should you decide not to return the money of paid in full our attorney [redacted] will contact you. Until this issue is resolved, you do not have authorization to pour this footer.Also, as we visit our mother often, we have talked to several people visiting their loved ones as well.  You might want to take a humbling survey and actually ask people what they think of your "perpetual care", or just the care in general... it might open your eyes a bit...
