Very disappointed in this companyOn October 26th, signed a contract and paid 1/ deposit on a furnace Was told they could do the install in approxtwo weeksin two weeks I called the company and was told a business was without heat and our job would be pushed back two weeksWas told they would call the Monday after Thanksgiving to set up a time for installDuring this time I received a letter requesting the 2nd half of our account, before the furnace was even installedCalled them again and was told the letter was a mistake and again told they would call the Monday after ThanksgivingNo one ever called, so I called the next dayWas told they had no idea when they could do the install and apologized ., but made no effort to resolve thisFelt they could of at least been courteous enough to call me Would never recommend this company to anyone

Contacted them in a pinch when I needed gas line repairs ASAP. Owner came to my home, looked at the job, and quoted $68 an hour labor plus parts. Told them to do the job. Ended up also needing a part for my furnace. Had them replace it too. In that process they fried my thermostat. They did replace that for free. Now comes the bill.... with way too many labor hours. So I called them. The owner very rudely told me that labor charges were per hour, per man, and he put 2 guys on the job... and I quote " you got gas didn't you? The bill stands, end of story". I must add they also charged me a half hour labor for when the guy had to replace a thermostat he fried. I'll pay the bill tomorrow, but will never ever call them again. So much for "buying local"

I Bought a package unit from Lunsford Heat and air it was installed on 9/8/2015 I assumed it was hooked up for both the heat and air but when the weather cooled off the heat did not work I called them and they sent a tech out all he did was check the thermostat he never even looked at the unit. He said it was fixed but when it got really cold this week the heat did not work. I had to call another company and pay a service charge to be told there is no power to my heat strips and now I have to get a electrician to run a power line for the heater Lunsford tech never told me the heat was not hooked up. I paid to have the complete unit hooked up I have no idea what that will cost but I feel like Lunsford took advantage of me I paid them to hook up my entire unit but got half a job
