I have personally reached out to [redacted] , leaving her a message stating that Greenwood Credit Union would do everything in our power to make things right for her, and that I was extremely disappointed to hear that anyone from here would ever treat on our current or formed members with disrespect or in a manner that would be seen as bullying and that will also be addressed internally.I am awaiting a return call to discuss what our next steps will be to make things right.Thanks

Greenwood Credit Union (GCU) was unable to verify that the member had even attempted to make a payment The member is unable to provide the confirmation he stated he received, so we went onto the system which show all attempted payments, whether they go through or get rejected and see no evidence that there was ever a payment attempted on his loan and therefore we are unable to comply with his request In the event that the member could provide any type of proof that he attempted a timely payment we would be happy to reconsider the request.Thank you, [redacted] SVP-CFOGreenwood Credit Union

I had briefly spoken to someone on the phone prior to their reply to the Revdex.com. I told him that based on prior interactions with Greenwood, I was not comfortable speaking on the phone.  I need to have everything in writing.  I want my credit report updated the reflect the correct information; I would like detailed information about my payments; and I would like the loan # and have this loan paid when they receive my auto payment.
