I phoned Mrs*** *** on May 13th midday at the number left for contact and didn't hear back. I then followed up with an email at 7:pm that evening. Mr*** returned my email today, Friday May 15th, and I responded within minutes. I am currently awaiting a response from the ***s if my proposed resolution is satisfactory. Email documentation is attached
This matter is not yet resolved, but I did want to update Revdex.com as to the actions that had been taken and where we currently stood in the matterI will update the Revdex.com again with this matter is resolved
