I contacted Mr. [redacted] after receiving the complaint. We discussed his concerns and I explained our side of what happened. I also explained our business ethics were not what he implied. I told him that I wished he would would have asked to speak with me directly so we could have worked this out earlier. I agreed to adjust his bill. He said this would be satisfactory with him. He also said he would write back to the Revdex.com explaining that we got the situation resolved.
