Thank you for returning my call today. As I explained to you, the Tenant called Roto Rooter of Greenwood and he told her that particular house is not on our master system, since the previous Owner had his own repairman for all repair issues. Many of our properties are on a Master System from GRA, Inc. as we have plus Owners and then, some do not want a master system on their units. The new Owner of the property is one that does not want that expense. We are ready and willing to send the plumber back, during their working hours, when she provides us a key. We have even told her that we would pay for the duplicate key, just a couple dollars. I am being charged for an arrival of trips that Roto Rooter made to the apartment in which there was no confirmation made about a time that someone would be home.Greenwood Rental Agency did not get the spare key from the previous owner...so that Roto Rooter came out any way and stated on a hand written letter that their master key did not fit the lock to the apartment door.I then had to repeatedly call.My mom arranged to open the door at a later date.The gentleman at Roto Rooter charged Greenwood Rental Agency...Why should they have charged me?That was the information I faxed.Greenwood Rental Agency suppose to have spare keys to let people in to repair what needs to be fixed.$dollars was the charge(Faxed that information to you)
