Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
They claim they sent a check on Dec 24th, however, I've not seen oneIt's been days since the incident, it shouldn't take this long to write a checkNo one ever reached out to me to ask me what my mailing address is, so it seems strange that they said they have mailed a checkPerhaps they found my address by looking me up online, or something of that nature, but that means there is a good chance that they found an old addressThey have my email address and my phone number, yet didn't bother to ask me for my mailing address.

The Greenwood Sip and Ship is a packaging and shipping store We sell packaging services like UPS/FedEx/USPS, and we also accept pre-paid packages as a complimentary service.
Our store was burglarized on the morning of December 12, Three men kicked in our front door
at 4:am, and made off with an undisclosed amount of packages (we estimate it was approximately 10-15)Our alarm was triggered, and the police arrived on the scene at 4:am We were also called, and met the police, and fire department to clean up the mess, file a report and as what we needed to do next There was no way for us to know what was stolen, or who to contact, as the packages were piled up from the weekend because the shipping carriers do not pick up on Sundays Our plan was to open a claim with our insurance company, and to field the calls from customers as they came in
The claim process was underway with our insurance company during the time the claimant contacted the Revdex.com and a reimbursement check was issued to the claimant on December 2t4th

Hello Revdex.com Complaint Department,
Check number 5552 in the amount of $59.15 was mailed on 12/23 and sent via USPS certified mail - tracking number [redacted].  As indicated on the tracking page, it looks like an attempt was made the address provided on the claimants contact information that was provided to us through his complaint file with the Attorney Generals Office dated December 14th.  Since this was created and submitted by him and used in his formal filing, this is the address we used to issue his reimbursement check to.  Further, he as he hung up on my husband and is not someone we feel comfortable contacting by phone or email as he is threatening and condescending during all of our efforts to communicate and get this resolved with him.  He can call the 1-800 number provided on the USPS.com website to arrange for redelivery or pick up regarding the certified mail method that was used to send him his check.
