timeline of this matter as was provided to the credit card company along with a letter from our attorney. The credit card company found in GreenWorks favor and declined the Charge-back to [redacted]. Since then [redacted] has backed out of buying the property where GreenWorks still refunded monies to [redacted] when the insurance company sent us their check for the claim. A small amount was to come from the owner of that property. The last attachment is an email from [redacted] that acknowledges we made good on our agreement. We respectfully request that you find in our favor as to resolving this matter satisfactorily.
