The consumer is referring to the major snow storm and we were under a state of emergency She was plowed at least twice during the storm After which we experienced equipment failure Consumers were called to let them know we were experiencing delays due to the natural disaster
I feel I made every attempt to honor the contract and the consumer did get plowed as soon as was possible

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company did come twice, in a two day period. the first time they plowed we were not yet in a state of emergency. We called them to ask where they were and were told someone would "be right over". This was at 10 am. No one plowed until 7pm the following day. There was fair warning of this snow storm, and the company should have had plans in place. Not to mention, the roads were drivesble. Once I was able to get out of my driveway I had no issues running errands during the "state of dnervency". If the town can be prepared and have roads plowed, I would expect that a plow company should be able to do the same. As previously stated in my original complaint, this was not the only instance in which this company did not plow by the time stated in the contract. We will never use this business a gain in the future.
