I have spent over $8,with this company and its worth every penny! Everything from the sales representatives to the intallers has been a very pleasant experienceThe sales reps have excellent communication skills and explain everything so you have a full understandingIf you dont have the cash no problem green works offers a number of financing programs which makes needed work for your home attainable! The installers are very friendly and respect your home! They are always punctual and pleasantIve had isullation and windows installed and both jobs were better than I expected and they clean up after themselves! I will be calling them to do my faciaboards and soffets next!
Greenworks Remodeling performed work for us in late November All the personnel that worked at the job site were professional, courteous and appeared to do the work as contracted We had to initiate the phone calls to get the work completed, once the roofing portion was completed Their scheduler, *** was not always pleasant to deal withStart to finish, over weeks!! Worked performed was a complete roof, gutters, facia, soffits and downspouts, should only take -days max, we had plenty of nicer weather days for this to be done between Mon, Nov (start of work) and Tues, Dec 9) end of jobDates committed for completion of the job were not met, times Finally contacted one of the owners, *** to have the job completed He stated personnel would arrive on Wednesday and they would call us, they showed up on Tuesday, unannounced Work looks good, I just cannot recommend them to anyone else We made a small adjustment to the pricing at the end but it wasn't worth the headachesShould have gone with a less expensive competitor

My husband and I live in the Old Orchard area, and have a 8x10 sign on our storm door that reads, "No soliciting or sales!". It is there for a good reasonwe finally had to put that sign on the door because of the parade of people coming to ours and our neighbor's doors, offering mostly home improvement. Our house does need new gutterwork and could use new shingles on our non-leaking roof, but those frankly can wait, and we have the means to search out and look for quotes on our own.
Our doorbell rang, and I answered it, thinking it was a postal package I was expecting. Instead I got [redacted] from Greenworks Remodeling, who told me that he spoke to my husband (but couldn't provide his name) last week, and said that he had arranged to come out today and measure for new gutters. When I told him that was impossible (since we were on vacation that week, plus my husband and I always discuss before contacting anyone for work on the house), he tried to say he actually talked to the "wife or fiance" (who would be ME- the "wife"). When that didn't work, he tried to tell me that my gutters (which are just sagging about an extra inchthe repair we need are mainly just covers) would damage the foundation of my house. When THAT didn't work (we have a slab homethe only one in the block), he tried to tell me about the flood damage to my home from previous floodsI explained to him at that time that in fact, we were the only house who did NOT suffer damage, because we have a slab home, and didn't flood anyway to begin with, and that's after 9 years of ownership.
He just kept on and on until I finally shut the door in his face after taking a leaflet so I could find out the name of this high-pressure sales rep. He spoke rather condescendingly, repeatedly asking for "the man of the house". I mean, who SAYS that anymore since the 50's?! The reality is, I am the primary owner, and know this house inside and out and exactly what needs to be done and when.
It wasand I knew this from the very beginningjust a high-pressure tactic to get inside our house. [redacted] kept asking to write up a quote and come in and discuss with us. I got the sense he didn't believe me when I told him I had asked my husband as a courtesy to [redacted], and he denied talking to anyone. In fact, my husband was sitting on the couch out of [redacted]'s sight the entire time, and thought it was hilarious how [redacted] just wouldn't thank me for my time and go on. Never mind the fact that [redacted] just ignored the obvious "No soliciting or sales!" sign, which I was standing behind at the storm door!
Because of [redacted]'s dishonesty regarding his approach and his obvious disregard for our wishes of no solicitors, I do not recommend them.
