Unreliable mold testing and invalid mold results and reportDeceptive practices & poor customer service Additional information (addendum) to the previous complaint (#XXXXXXXX) After having our PhD'd Microbiologist friend test for what we believed to be mold, the results of the testing came back positiveSpecifically, we were told that the mold spores were so significant; it was too many to countWe shared the results with our land lord, who agreed to pay for an inspection We chose Green Works whose results came back as We were initially relieved but the smell from the mold was still presentAfter thoroughly reviewing Green Works report, there instruments measured the indoor air temperature as 43F & 44F and the outdoor air temperature at 52FHowever, it was a very sunny 80F April day in Texas (4/20/2017) Before we accused Green Works of subpar and unethical work practices, we again asked and got another test from our Microbiologist friend, which AGAIN came b

Inspection done by the company was very poor
1) HVAC was not working when first turned on, HVAC donot event meet city requirement, Warrantry company also denied to pay anything as unit is way old, Duct work was not inspected at all, Every vendor for replacement of HVAC who came in was asking one question why didn't you got the inspection done
2) Garage door was not working was replace with in week of move in
3) Kitchen window was broken was not even looked
after all this sent to their support no action was taken
