Review: I called the business to get an estimate on a repair of a underground sprinkler system. They told me sure no problem an estimate is free. The worker came to my house and demended a spring activation fee of $120.00. I said I didnt want a sprinf activation. I wanted my system to be looked over because I was having problems with it the prior year. The worker said he couldn't leave till I paid. I said I didn't think I had to pay for an estimate. He said he tried calling his boss and he couldn't get him on the phone. He said can I pay so he can leave then his boss will issue a refund. I have called multiple times since the incident in May and I dont get a return phone call.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund
