On 06-02-my air conditioning went out I called the maintenance dept on 06-03-and the landlord They said what do you expect me to do They cannot drop everything to accommodate me I have had problems before with maintenance not repairing items properlyThey said if I wanted the AC replaced I needed to buy one I told them they could exchange it as they had some not needed at other apartments
