His sub pump was put in a man-made hole surrounded by basically a bag of concrete. Whoever did this previously created a barrier where the water couldn’t get to the pump. When we got there the water was higher than the pump. It is in a crawl space that is wet year round. We removed part of the...

concrete and set his pump into a new area that had perforated holes in it and set it to where it would work. We received about 10 inches of rain in 24 hours and apparently it didn’t keep up with it or came from other places. He hasn’t paid us for the service either. I do not feel we are responsible for this damage.  He never reached out to our company even about an issue.
