This dry cleaner lost my pants and did not email me any notification of them doing soIt wasn't until I received an email stating a delay (a week later) that I found out about the status of my dry cleaningIt has been over weeks since they lost it and they have not made any effort to find out what they did to my dry cleaning or attempt to retrieve it
I submitted a claim form stating that it was purchased for $which is still under the value of the cost (100%w wool slim dress pants)They sent a check for $which is absurdThe value of the pants is over $at the least
I don't know how I can get them to pay me a reasonable value of my pant or to try to retrieve my pant
I feel like they are trying to get rid of me and not bother with my dry cleaning with this ridiculous reimbursement attemptIf there is any advice, I would appreciate itI do not want this is happen to me or anyone else in the futurePlus I am still out of a very nice pair of pant and cannot replace
