Mrs [redacted] * [redacted] is President of The Business Administrators She worked on my taxes for and was supposed to have submitted themAfter calling the IRS several times to ask about my return they IRS stated they had not been found After multiple communications through text and phone calls Mrs [redacted] could not produce evidence other than the copy she brought to my houseof my tax returnMrs [redacted] lied about filing our taxes She stated that she resubmitted them by certified letter but when I asked her to send me a copy of the document she said her daughter shredded it by mistake When asked did she have a copy saved in her computer she stated that she did notMy husband and I sat with her for hours doing our personal and business taxes She has not given me my refund of and will not answer or return my callBy law she is supposed to save copies of an individual's tax return If she is running a business then she needs to have documents hard copy saved in a file cab
