the Complaint Form I received from you and
filed by a former client, I wish to flatly deny these untrue allegations. I received a nasty letter from [redacted] on March 14th demanding a full
refund. I answered her on March 15, 2013 flatly refusing her a money back guarantee
for the reasons she listed; however I did offer her an extension of an additional
month of bootcamp from now through April 15, 2013.
