I am rejecting this response because: Shipment has not been made. I contacted Mr. [redacted] by email regarding shipment detail and he has been completely ignoring.

Review: On November 21, 2013 I placed an online order for a silver French horn mouth piece. Payment was deducted immediately from my account and I received Invoice #[redacted]via email for $105.50. Mouthpiece price was $90 and shipping was $15.50. As of today, Dec 26, I have not received said item. I have called, emailed and faxed numerous times to no avail. I have left voice messages and received a fax confirmation. No one has contacted me at all. I would like a full refund for my purchase. I am no longer interested in receiving the item.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and no longer interested in receiving the product.

Later on, I sent an email to ask to cancel my order except the order (3) as there has been no announcement regarding their shipment, but they never reply me.Desired Settlement: Please see my desired solution as below.

This order has been charged to my credit card immediately and I have paid them immediately. Although it has been already about 8 months from original purchase date, this order was never delivered.
