I have reviewed the response made by the
business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as a first step toward the ultimate resolution - that being the replacement of the offending section of the concrete driveway and the successful sealing of the entire concrete driveway following the professional power washing. Formulating and agreeing on the plan/resolution is but the first step. The second step is, of course, the implementation and execution of the plan, and agreeing on it's success/the finished product
