It's been three weeks & we have been trying to get them to fix this furnace the right way !!!it's degrees in here & furnace has been at 70.it ran out electric bill to last month..it's been on emergency heat which uses alot more electric..it's been excuse after excuse...they don't contact you to let you know that are entering your home...renters have right too !!!

As the office lady told me "they're all about the money"My house whole entire house leans sideways, there is black mold in the bathroom, cant keep the house warm the doors are so unleveled they wont shut...or open and there are big cracks in the door where bugs and air come through and you can see outside...the floor was like a mountain you could see under the floor they came and fixed it by putting screws in the floori was late on rent and he made a comment saying I try to have decent stuff for you people...not to mention the office lady told me well maybe it wasn't a right fit for me and is always smart and ruderent here if you want that experience if not you could do better for the price and no human should be treated so bad

The women in the front dont remeber which one it was very nasty thrusI can say whoever I spoke with friday she was very politeThe real issuies I had was I had changed my mind on a place wanting to switch places they said noThe reason I wanted to change is its just my daughter and I and the house was way out later came to find out there was a sex offender sown the street mind you its just me and my year oldthe sad thing is you dont get your deposit back..I fell bad for the poeple who really need it and cant get it backshows no humality at allbut god will provide and do his good worksand he will also punish those who do people wrongthe house was cutebut ive noticed out all of the ones ive seenthey will say three bedrooms when it really has onethe spot I applied for had three rooms but one lead outside and the other no closeti wouldnt suggest certain spots if your a single mother with kidsAnd avoid spots like this know all detailsbecause some places pray on the less fortunatei own a business myself and this is deff not how you treat peopleyou never know who your renting to
