Our team has been in contact with our guest and have all agreed to a course of action We, Verlo have arranged to have the Grandfather clock picked up and repairedThis repair could take up to three weeks to completeThe clock repair company will pick up the clock, fix, and then return to the Matson's Arrangements are being made for the most convenient time for this schedule In addition we asked if the Matson's would consider staying with Verlo as a guest and let us deliver their mattress back to them -- expecting Mother's need their sleep Both Ken and Robin were agreeable to this arrangement and stated that they actually love their mattress they just didn't like that their Grandfather clock was damaged.Ken and Robin agree to paying for their mattress, we are providing their foundations at no charge and have arranged delivery of their mattress as soon as possible.Ken is out of town but agrees that we are in good faith delivering their mattress with their word they will visit our Racing store to make payment when Ken is back in town this coming Saturday 1/7/ Verlo wants Mom to be comfortable and sleeping well as soon as possible and feel this is a solution that will result in a happy outcome for all.We hope that Robin and Ken agree.We appreciate the opportunity to make this right for our guest's!Thank youYour Verlo Team

We spoke with Mr*** on 12/18. During our discussion Mr*** agreed that they were satisfied with their current mattress based on the last comfort adjustment we performed adding a number of layers of gel and soft foam developing a comfort feel that is a foam based feel they are
looking for. The original mattress purchased was a pillowtop, Mr*** wanted to exchange for a Foam mattress or Hybrid. We were able to provide similar comfort through two comfort adjustments provided free of charge. We did also offer an option to return their current mattress for a foam option, with a small charge for this exchange , Mr*** chose to instead take the free comfort adjustments.Mr*** stated that he is happy with his current mattress. We consider this request complete and appreciate the opportunity to provide our feedback
