I cancelled my monthly account with Forex back in AugustEvery month on the 24th I have to email the customer service cancel team and have them refund my money ($59)If I didn’t watch my credit card closely they would be stealing unauthorized moneyI have an email stating they cancelled my account and will no longer be charged and every month I wait for a refundIt is ridiculous

This company don't paid commission on time, they take advantage of their distributors when they want to leave the company taking their moneyIs much more a piramid scheme they pay while there is people sign in but after that when no more people join the company they stop paying

This is the exact Email I sent to EntourageThey did not deliver service in timely manor, nor was the
little they did worth the price of admissionI paid for full month and got five daysNot Good!! They absolutely did not deliver as advertised and I do believe I need a refund

I've been giving a lot of thought to entourageI think I'm gonna pull outSeveral reasonsI've been involved with this since April 23rd and In that time I've only had trading daysThose trading days were losers nowhere near the 80% that Entourage Hypes(47%) I haven't seen any trades on my account since May 17thI'm also not a great fan of the algorithmsI signed up to Entourage because you were using live people and would not have come on board if I had known bots would be used I really think my money would be better put to use some place elseI see some of the ads on entourage site still say 80% profitabi

Signed up in March of last year for Autotrader account and Forex signals Received signals for several months however AutoTrader account worked at first then stopped for a month after them having internal problems with being profitable in their trades They resumed trades for a couple months then had problems again Overall I lost money with them including what I would consider dumb trades by chasing a losing trade (ie EURUSD was issued losing sell orders in a single day.) After the second time of no AutoTrades being executed for extended period of time I requested cancellation on August 22, through [email protected] (per their voice mail) and received no response I then responded to a auto notification from the company on Oct from [email protected] that said they were charging me the $again for my monthly cost I responded to the email that I had cancelled and requested another refund A month later I sent another email None of my emails received response yet I stopped getting emails from them and thought it was cancelled Just saw another charge on my account I had to cancel my card and dispute through my bank, but they can only do months of dispute Don't do business with this company Not only do they not deliver on their promises, you will lose money and be charged for it

The company authorized a transaction without my permission When I asked for a refund through their Customer Service Support and Cancelation email, they said they would not issue me a refund considering the request was not within hours of purchaseI purchased the item on January 16th and emailed Forex Entourage on Jan

I have been with FXE now for and a half monthsThis company has been amazing and anytime I have a question there is always someone to answer meI've never been with such a supportive, positive, honest company and I've been with a lot of companies in the past

I honestly couldn't not be more pleased with Forex Entourage!
From their service, to their customer support, to their company culture
Forex Entourage is the best in the industry

Due to not being able to access my back office and educational resources through this company, along with numerous complaints from fellow members concerning the company's integrity, I decided to cancel my auto ship I was told when I first signed up that I could cancel at any time and it would be effective immediately, by one of the company's personnel On different occasions, I sent an email to cancel The company still charged my card twice in one day on November 23, They did not charge me for October, because the CEO, Paul R*** told me in a message that I would get a credit for that month for not being able to access what I was paying for Now, they have charged me twice, even after the cancellation requests (November and 10, 2017)

Forex Entourage We might be the last piece of puzzle you need to truly transform your life!??????????

Fantastic company

Forex Entourage also known as FXE recently changed their plansFrom a $plan for the exact same service at $ Extra services are at $ An email was sent out to contact their customer service on September 18th to change services I was billed on the 21st of September for the $ They have stated in emails (exchanged on September 22nd) that I needed to request changes to the plan within hours I asked for just a refund of the $and they could've retained me as a customer Of course they stated their policy of which I'm supposed to have read the email and sent the reply on the 18th according to their policy So I said forget it since they would've recouped their $refund within a month and retained me as a customer
The $should keep their services till the next billing period Next due date of course being Oct 21st However they locked my account and I have been without service since 9/ No services are being delivered nor do I want them They are stic
