The customer talked to [redacted] our service manager about the issue...

he was having. [redacted] dispatched a service technician to [redacted] on September 22, 2015. [redacted], the service technician, was unable to do the service work due to lack of parking in the area. [redacted]’s informed Mr. [redacted] of the situation. Mr. [redacted] made no future calls to reschedule an appointment. Mr. [redacted] called the office on January 6, 2016 to inform Greg that he had to call a cleaning service to clean up water in the unit below his unit that was caused by the technician that [redacted]’s plumbing sent out. The cost of this service was $60. I informed Mr. [redacted] that due to the lack of parking, the technician was not able to perform the job.  I ask Mr. [redacted] why he waited to January 6, 2016 to inform me of the issue of water cleanup. Mr. [redacted] said that he had the repair done by another company.  Mr. [redacted] also stated that there was a video of [redacted]’s service technician performing the service. [redacted]’s request to see this video but Mr. [redacted] was unable to send a copy to [redacted]’s Plumbing. Mr. [redacted] also sent very vulgar emails to [redacted]’s about this issue. Mr. [redacted] was asked why he never contacted [redacted]’s plumbing and he became very belligerent and said you will pay. [redacted]’s told him that we never performed work there. Mr. [redacted] was asked again about the video and his response was the he will see [redacted]’s in court.  I feel the request for Mr. [redacted] to send the video was not unreasonable since the technician he said was in the video is no longer with [redacted]’s Plumbing and are unable to verify information about the service call. Mr. [redacted] is insisting for [redacted]’s plumbing to pay the cleanup bill which was from three months ago but never complained or contacted the office until January 6, 2016. [redacted]’s plumbing works hard to provide service to all our customers and takes pride in every service call will go to. I feel that he is being unreasonable with his demands without send us providing the proof that he has.  [redacted]’s does have a record of his call and a record of sending the service technician to his location. [redacted]’s also has record on [redacted] the service manager calling Mr. [redacted] that [redacted] the service technician was on his way.  [redacted]’s plumbing was unable to perform the service call due to not finding available parking. [redacted]’s has no record of work being done for Mr. [redacted] who insists he has proof that work was done.
