I am rejecting this response because:
The piping used is rated for 180 degrees max. Every contractor I have had look at it states it is to low. Needs to be 200 or copper. The baseboard is not what was specified by contract. Picture enclosed. Heating in closets is a fire hazard. No itemized bill has been sent to me.

Response:
The deposit of $5,600 issued by the customer was for roughing in piping throughout the house, for a boiler that was to be installed following the second agreed upon payment, purchasing of baseboards, and low volt wiring. All labor and materials were completed for the underground and above ground piping for the boiler per the contract. The piping that the customer refered to that puts the baseboard in the closet was done that way because the closets run along a exterior wall, where most of your heat is lost, and was placed there to ensure the room mantained the heat. The baseboards were delivered to the customers house on 9/8/14 which was later than expected due to our work van breaking down and having to find an alternative vehicle for delivery as some of the baseboards were eight feet long. All the work for the initial deposit paid have been meet. We have not been back to to the property since we dropped off the baseboards as the customer had advised us on 9/8/14 via text message that if we come on his property it will be considered trespassing.

In response to this complaint the customer states that the piping is rated too low at 180 degrees max however the piping was used as per the specification of the boiler that was to be installed. The baseboards specified in the contract were unavailable to be ordered from our supply house and we did not want to delay their delivery as the customer was growing impatient, however the baseboards received have the same specifications as the baseboards in the contract and are actually a better brand. As far as the baseboards in the closet being a fire hazard if that was the case then any funiture placed in front of the baseboards would also be considered a hazard and baseboards would no longer be used in any home. The itemized bill has been sent over to the police office the customer has assigned to his case and I would prefer to continue to speak to the officer assigned as a third party rather than deal with the customer directly.

I am rejecting this response because:
The invoices that were sent to the police officer were fabricated as per my conversations with Mr. C[redacted] and Mr. L[redacted] Mr. C[redacted] stated that the invoice that was sent to me had other jobs associated with it. Mr. L[redacted] stated that AML did not purchase any material for the job location under his company as the invoice states. Kelso was on scene for a total of 3 days and his invoice says 6. There is a 10 percent surcharge on his bill for undisclosed items that amounts to 500 plus dollars. He has bad check complaints as per publicly available police reports. He has been scamming me from the time he cashed the larger of the checks.he has stated that his mother, sister, and himself were in hospital but has provided no proof. He has stated that his truck has broke down but has provided no proof. He has stated that his phone was broken but has provided no proof. At this point , I will continue to provide any information to the site that is needed and I will also be going after [redacted] criminally and civilly until I receive a refund and punitive damages for making my project run over budget and time.Regards,
