Complaint: [redacted] This is a response to [redacted] 's letter If Mr [redacted] has been in the insurance business for thirty years, he has never learned to read what is presented in front of himPerhaps re-reading the original complaint will aid himFirst, I NEVER ask for Farmers Insurance to pay for my auto rental, but rather if my Farmers Insurance provided "insurance coverage" while I drove a rental vehicle Another Farmers Insurance Agent has reviewed my policy and told me that I have coverage for a rental, not any other fees Simple question, not answered properly by [redacted] 's personnel [redacted] 's personnel told me I did not have policy insurance coverage for rental vehicle unless I was in an accidentSecond, the issue was a $Auto Death Indemnity added in January 2015, not the $charge Shame on me writing notes on my policy paper that ANOTHER Farmers Insurance Agent explained to me Perhaps, if Mr [redacted] looked at my policy, which he has not in three years, he would realize his error Lack of attention to detail and not paying attention to customer serviceAgain, I am expecting reimbursement for February non-required rental vehicle "insurance coverage" for $plus $tax for two days coverage and $for additional non-explained coverage on January policy with [redacted] 's office [redacted] March

March 23, 2015REF: [redacted] The letter from Ms [redacted] to you is derogatory to me and I don't feel that it warrants a responseHowever, I will say that a renewal policy was mailed to Ms [redacted] as we do to all of our customers and it contained all the information that we are required to provideIf personal service is needed to explain the coverage, we invite our customers to come in and we will be happy to review the policy with themShe didn'tWe do not add coverage without authorizationIf the $for Auto Death Indemnity was charged, it was because it was applied for by Ms [redacted] If the issue was the $charge and not the $37.00, why is Ms [redacted] asking me to refund her $37.00? I did not advise Ms [redacted] to purchase the coverage nor did my staff advise the sameShe bought the coverage because she felt she needed it and we have her request in writing on the original application confirming thisWhy not complain to the Rental Car Company that sold her the non required rental vehicle "insurance coverage"? I will not refund any monies to Ms [redacted] ; she purchased the additional coverage on her own.Regards, [redacted]

Ref: *** ***Dear *** ***,I am in receipt of your letter and the letter that Ms*** wrote in regards to the service and the discontent she experienced with my AgencyI sincerely regret that.I have been in the Insurance business in excess of years and I have made some clients
upset, especially if I don't tell them what they want to hearAs for Ms***, she called my office to inquire about car rental on two occasions for different circumstanceWe told her that "yes you have rental coverage." The next question she asked was, "can I get a rental car if my car is in the shop?" the answer to that is"No" the policy will only cover if you car was damaged in an auto accident and is in the shopThe written explanation that she claims she did not receive and the roadside assistance card is in the renewal envelope along with the Declaration PageThe Declaration Page given the written information of her coverage which she claims she NEVER received.A copy of her Auto Application shows where she applied for the coverage of Death and Rental Reimbursement and in her own writing notated the coverageSo, I did not add coverage of which she was unaware of as she claimsShe gave us her E-Mail address to use for correspondenceShe requested getting off the E-POLICY and it ended on 05/12/2014.(see attached)It's obvious that Ms*** is not happy with Us/Me and her request to transfer her business to another Farmers Agent has been granted.***, I hope this gives you a better idea of what has occurred with this Insured and I do hope she will be happy wherever she goes.Sincerely,*** ***

March 23, 2015REF: [redacted] The letter from Ms. [redacted] to you is derogatory to me and I don't feel that it warrants a response. However, I will say that a renewal policy was mailed to Ms. [redacted] as we do to all of our customers and it contained all the information that we are required to provide. If personal service is needed to explain the coverage, we invite our customers to come in and we will be happy to review the policy with them. She didn't. We do not add coverage without authorization. If the $4.00 for Auto Death Indemnity was charged, it was because it was applied for by Ms. [redacted]. If the issue was the $4.00 charge and not the $37.00, why is Ms. [redacted] asking me to refund her $37.00? I did not advise Ms. [redacted] to purchase the coverage nor did my staff advise the same. She bought the coverage because she felt she needed it and we have her request in writing on the original application confirming this. Why not complain to the Rental Car Company that sold her the non required rental vehicle "insurance coverage"? I will not refund any monies to Ms. [redacted]; she purchased the additional coverage on her own.Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The Revdex.com can not make an unprofessional company accept responsibility for their lack of training, misinformation to their customers, and denial of their lack of basic knowledge by the agent and his employees.  Mr. [redacted] could not even spell my name correctly in his last letter to Revdex.com or reference the numbers correctly.  Perfect examples of his lack of detail in his work.  He has not provided any evidence that I signed up the $4.00 service.  Again, lack of detail and just talk.I have sent all these records to Mr. [redacted]'s headquarters office.  I am happy to know that if another person contacts Revdex.com about Mr. [redacted]'s services, they will see the dishonesty.
Regards,

Complaint: [redacted]This is a response to [redacted]'s letter.  If Mr. [redacted] has been in the insurance business for thirty years, he has never learned to read what is presented in front of him. Perhaps re-reading the original complaint will aid him. First, I NEVER ask for Farmers Insurance to pay for my auto rental, but rather if my Farmers Insurance provided "insurance coverage" while I drove a rental vehicle.  Another Farmers Insurance Agent has reviewed my policy and told me that I have coverage for a rental, not any other fees.  Simple question, not answered properly by [redacted]'s personnel. [redacted]'s personnel told me I did not have policy insurance coverage for rental vehicle unless I was in an accident. Second, the issue was a $4.00 Auto Death Indemnity added in January 2015, not the $37.00 charge.  Shame on me writing notes on my policy paper that ANOTHER Farmers Insurance Agent explained to me.  Perhaps, if Mr. [redacted] looked at my policy, which he has not in three years, he would realize his error.  Lack of attention to detail and not paying attention to customer service. Again, I am expecting reimbursement for February 2015 non-required rental vehicle "insurance coverage" for $29.98 plus $3.44 tax for two days coverage and $4.00 for additional non-explained coverage on January 2015 policy with [redacted]'s office.  [redacted] 13 March 2015
