Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Greg Miller Toyota failed to respond to my complaint, choosing instead to attack me and my character, claiming I was aggressive, rather than explaining how their mistakes cost me $4,Their actions amount to consumer fraud and I would highly recommend to anyone shopping for a new car to avoid doing business with Greg Miller ToyotaTheir utter lack of remorse or willingness to correct their mistakes shows that they truly do not care about their customers Regards, [redacted]

Typical service deptSpend 35k on a new car, make an appointment , to have service dept.to check the transmission fluid level.because of some strange performance issues...and get brushed off like a it...exactly what I was expectingand have experienced every time I have bought a car from a toyota dealer. What the hell happened to "WELCOME TO THE TOYOTA FAMILY" ....I guess the service dept, didnt get the memo.....a test drive with a tech is not the same as checking the fluid level, is it??
