The customer informed us about chips in her granite. After speaking with Katie D[redacted], our customer service supervisor, the customer was unaware that granite can chip and thought that her countertop was defective. Katie explained stone and it's natural qualities while also explaining the...

process on filling chips. She mentioned that we will fill the chips for free this time. Service is scheduled for Friday, March 3rd.
