We built a home for [redacted] last yearThe garage ceiling was drywalled and sand sprayedIn just a few small spots the tape bubbledThe drywaller has agreed to repair them There was some scheduling conflicts in trying to get the repair doneOn Oct 2016, Mr [redacted] declined an appointment for repairs on Oct 18, and later agreed to an appointment for repairs to be done on Oct 25,This should resolve this matter.Mr [redacted] has never brought to me any issue with his front porch.Sincerely, [redacted]

HI ***, In response to *** ***'s rebuttal the ceiling in the garage took seven months and a letter from my attorney On October 17th to get *** *** to finally contact us on October 18th (punch list attached showing TBD when warm weather permits, which would have been May 2016, punch list written up by ***)*** textures had to add over dozen screws and feet of tape and mud to fix the ceiling that ** *** said was only three little bubbles (please refer to previous pictures, emails, etcsent to you)NEXT is the main issue of the Porch step which is coming up now due to the fact that I am getting estimates for my driveway and I had three Masons say that we need to add a stepI want $to help pay for the cost of this (if I was only adding the step the quotes are $1500.00) by December 15, or I will take the appropriate steps against ***, *** and *** ***I signed a contract with Rechlin builders under the assumption that he had his license up to date and that *** *** *** *** was a licensed architect per *** websiteUnder the section ABOUT US here are the exact words (*** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** * ***) according to DSPS *** *** *** is not and never was a licensed architectI'm waiting Anxiously for *** ***'s rebuttal to this issue of his son being a licensed architectIn the state of Wisconsin you have to be a licensed architect to advertise as one

You emailed a thank you for our response, The drywall has been repaired. We
built a house for Mr. [redacted] according to a set of plans that he signed. A front
stoop with elevations was on the plans. It was installed according to the plans

Drywall was repaired on scheduled day.  Mr. [redacted] has not provided drawings or layouts or proposals for his step issue.  We were not hired to coordinate Mr. [redacted]s driveway install and were not hired to design it.
