I have received your request for input on the complaint made by Mr [redacted] I personally attempted to contact Mr [redacted] on 1/26/at telephone number (254) 979-and then again on 1/27/at the same number I did not make contact with either call and was not allowed to leave any kind of message As Mr [redacted] seems to be well aware of, returns for electrical parts are not allowed at any small engine shops or online retailers unless the part is unopened, undamaged, and has not been installed It is very easy with this particular part to short it out immediately upon installation if there are problems elsewhere in the electrical wiring system Had I been able to make contact with Mr [redacted] , I would have invited him to bring in the part in question along with the original failed part and the equipment that he is attempting to use it on If we can verify that the part is faulty and that the electrical system is not faulty, then we would be happy to replace the part with another identical part Without us having the ability to verify anything regarding the proper part being used, proper installation of the part, proper wiring in the harness, there is no way we can confirm if the part is faulty or not and no refund will be made [redacted] *** Rose's Mower Shop & Chimney Cleaning

I am rejecting this response because:the amperage required to short out the coil windings on the magneto are not in the capacity of *** weedeater mower so that assertion is sillyI live in Comanche which is miles awayConsidering I would have to make probably two trips to Mr *** shop and he would probably be gone, so just figure I got cheated
